UZTA

In the farmhouses of Wallonia, southern Belgium, each farmhouse used to brew their own beer for harvest time. These beers were very refreshing. Fruity and spicy flavours were predominnat as a product of wild yeasts. We wanted to recover this traditional essence adding our personal touch.
